Adrian Perry, Chairman of Scarborough & District Civic Society and Peter Spawforth MBE, President of YHACS Scarborough & District Civic Society were the winners of the second Yorkshire and Humber Civic Societies Week. They were presented with the Peter Spawforth Trophy and a cheque for £250 at the latest YHACS meeting held at Ashville College on 7th November 2009.
